Module Handling Fee Policy

Effective Date: December 20 2025
At Circuit Solar, we aim to provide flexibility for our customers while maintaining efficient operations. To account for the additional handling requirements of smaller orders, the following policy applies:
What is the Module Handling Fee?
A $100 Module Handling Fee is applied to any solar module order of fewer than 20 panels. This fee covers additional costs such as:
  • Removing panels from palletized inventory.
  • Repackaging or preparing panels for safe handling and transport.
  • Administrative and logistical effort for small, non-standard orders.
When Does the Module Handling Fee Apply?
This fee is applied in the following situations:
  1. Orders for fewer than 20 solar panels.
  2. Customer pickup orders, regardless of whether the panels are loose or wrapped.
Why is This Fee Necessary?
The Module Handling Fee offsets charges from our partner warehouse for processing smaller orders that deviate from standard palletized quantities. This ensures that all panels are handled securely and delivered in optimal condition.
Fee Amount
  • $100 per order of fewer than 20 panels.
Non-Negotiable Policy
This fee is non-waivable, as it directly reflects costs charged to us by our logistics partners.

  • Coordinating the shipment with the manufacturer.
  • Administrative processing and order customization.

When Does the Drop Ship Fee Apply?
This fee is charged only when:
  1. The order is shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer or a job site.
  2. Special arrangements are required for non-standard shipping directly from the source.
Why is This Fee Necessary?
The Drop Ship Fee offsets the additional costs incurred for managing direct-to-customer shipments from the manufacturer, including:
  • Administrative coordination between Circuit Solar, the manufacturer, and the logistics provider.
  • Ensuring the order is processed and shipped accurately and efficiently from the manufacturer.
  • Managing the unique logistics and communication required for non-standard shipping arrangements.
Fee Amount
  • $175 per drop-ship order.
