A $100 Module Handling Fee is applied to any solar module order of fewer than 20 panels. This fee covers additional costs such as:
  • Removing panels from palletized inventory.
  • Repackaging or preparing panels for safe handling and transport.
  • Administrative and logistical effort for small, non-standard orders.
When Does the Module Handling Fee Apply?
This fee is applied in the following situations:
  1. Orders for fewer than 20 solar panels.
  2. Customer pickup orders, regardless of whether the panels are loose or wrapped.
Why is This Fee Necessary?
The Module Handling Fee offsets charges from our partner warehouse for processing smaller orders that deviate from standard palletized quantities. This ensures that all panels are handled securely and delivered in optimal condition.

  • Ensuring proper logistics for direct-to-customer shipments.
When Does the Drop Ship Fee Apply?
This fee is charged only when:
  1. The order is shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer or a job site.
  2. Special arrangements are required for non-standard shipping directly from the source.
