Inspeed Anemometer Display Kits

We use bicycle speedometers for our display kits – for a few reasons:

They have dual, simultaneous displays:
- 1: The current, instantaneous live wind speed
- 2: Options for Max, Average, and other readings
They are inexpensive
They are high quality
They are battery powered, with auto-on and auto-off features to make the battery last as long as possible
They update quickly – at least once per second, higher at high speeds
The wire can be made very long (hundreds of feet) with no effect on accuracy or performance

…to name a few. The display kits include the following:

The LCD display, calibrated to mph (can be calibrated to mph, kph, or knots – under certain conditions)
The display mounting bracket, with high strength mushroom tape attached to the back
Wires stripped and ready for attachment to the wind sensor, or, as an option, with a 1/8″ jack connection for certain models
An extra piece of self-adhesive mushroom tape to attach wherever you want to mount the display
The display instructions (so you can access/set other functions if you want)

We currently offer 2 models:

The Cateye Velo7 – which is limited to 125 mph, and

The Sigma Sport MC10 – which works up to 200 mph

The display kits are available with bare wires or, optionally, a 1/8″ jack connection (for use with the Inspeed Mag Mount or Flexwire anemometers).

NOTE: the display kits are designed for use with INSPEED REED SWITCH anemometers. The Hall sensor anemometers require external power to work (not included).

NOTE2: take care when observing the Average Wind Speed; for cycling, the average speed calculations stop when the wind speed is below 1 mph, so the Average will be incorrect if there were periods of no wind. There is a work-around – see the instructions!

Minimum Price Threshold: Our commitment to providing you with the best value extends to items priced at $150 or more. We proudly offer a price match guarantee on these items, ensuring that if you discover the same product at a lower cost from one of our competitors, we will match that price.
Identical Items: To qualify for a price match, the item must be an exact match in terms of brand, model, size, color, and quantity to the competitor’s offering. We strive to guarantee consistency and fairness in our price matching policy.
Verification of Competitor’s Price: To initiate a price match, please provide evidence of the competitor’s lower price. This can be achieved through their current advertisement, online listing, or a written offer/quote. It is imperative that the documentation clearly displays the competitor’s information for transparency. Acceptable submissions include official quotes and URLs linking directly to the identical product on the competitor’s website. Note: Correspondence via email with a sales representative is not considered sufficient evidence for a price match.
Competitor Eligibility: We extend our price match offer to recognized retail businesses within the same country, ensuring a fair and equitable comparison. This includes both brick-and-mortar stores and online-only retailers, provided they meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
In-Stock Items Only: For a successful price match, the item must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s establishment at the time of the price match request. This ensures that you receive the best value promptly without unnecessary delays.
Pre-Order Requirement: Price match requests must be submitted before placing an order. We do not honor price match requests after an order has been placed.

Exclusions:

Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, or damaged items are not eligible for the price match.
The policy does not apply to services or bundled items.
Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

We do not price match Amazon listings or prices. While we strive to offer competitive pricing, we acknowledge that we cannot always match the exceptionally low prices found on Amazon due to their vast marketplace and unique pricing strategies.

Partner Locations Across Canada: We are proud to partner with various locations across Canada to make it convenient for you to pick up your orders. These locations are selected based on their accessibility and security to ensure that your items are kept safe until you can collect them.
Payment in Full Before Pickup: All orders selected for local pickup must be paid in full online before they can be processed for pickup. This policy is in place to streamline the pickup process and ensure that your items are ready and waiting for you.
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically ready for pickup 24 hours after payment has been completed. This processing time allows us to ensure that your order is prepared for you at the selected pickup location.
Notification of Pickup Readiness: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with the specific location details and any necessary information or instructions for the pickup. Please ensure that your email address is correct at checkout to receive this notification promptly.
Identification for Pickup: When picking up your order, you may be required to show a valid government-issued photo ID and the order confirmation email. This is to ensure that the order is being released to the correct individual.
Pickup Timeframe: Orders must be picked up within a specified timeframe from the date of the notification email. Please refer to your pickup notification email for this information. If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact our customer service to make alternative arrangements.
Changes to Pickup Location: If you need to change the pickup location after your order has been processed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not always be possible.
Unclaimed Orders: Orders that are not picked up within the specified timeframe may be subject to return. Additional charges may apply to re-process the order for pickup or shipping.

Shipping Policy for Circuit Solar

Shipping Options: At Circuit Solar, we provide a range of shipping options to meet your needs. On occasion, third-party suppliers may manage our inventory and shipments. Regardless of the carrier selected at checkout, Circuit Solar and its partners reserve the right to choose the appropriate shipping courier. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, and we are not responsible for any delays that occur once an order has left our or our partners’ warehouses.

We frequently use carriers such as Purolator, Loomis Express, and Day & Ross. Orders may also be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, or FedEx. Please be aware that items within the same order may be shipped separately, though shipping and handling fees will not exceed the amount confirmed at checkout.

Single Solar Module Shipping: For orders including solar panels, a minimum of four modules per order is required. Orders for fewer than four modules will be subject to our single module shipping conditions, and Circuit Solar will not be liable for any damages to panels during transit, unloading, or handling by any party. Replacement for such damages will not be provided.

Please note that all SOLAR PANELS, RAILS, POLES, BATTERIES, AND GENERATORS are excluded from all shipping promotions and discounts offered on our website or in our newsletters.

We reserve the right to exclude orders from all shipping promotions based on order location. Delivery and shipping to remote locations can be subject to change or increase. Circuit Solar will contact the customer for any changes in shipping and delivery fees for confirmation.

Please note that once your order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We are unable to issue refunds for shipping delays, including those caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Once the order has been picked up by the carrier it is assumed out of our control. Circuit Solar is not responsible for actions made by the carrier that may cause delays. Return and Exchange Policy

General Returns

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee applies.
Shipping Costs: Customers responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable: Opened/used products not accepted, $120 inspection fee applies. Damaged products will be refused.
Cancellation: Orders not yet shipped can be canceled with a restocking fees.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges allowed within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Process: Contact us to initiate an exchange and receive instructions.
Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee applies.

Circuit Solar Warranty Policy

Circuit Solar (“Company”) is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Our warranty policy is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring that the products you purchase are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Warranty Policy covers both our products and those manufactured by others (“Manufacturers”) sold through us.

1. Warranty Period

Company Products: The warranty period for products manufactured by Circuit Solar is 1 year from the date of purchase.
Manufacturer Products: The warranty period for products manufactured by third parties but sold by Circuit Solar will be as specified by the manufacturer, which typically ranges from 12 to 36 months from the date of purchase.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, Circuit Solar will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Damage attributable to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other causes beyond the control of Circuit Solar.
Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Damage due to environmental or natural elements.
Products not purchased from Circuit Solar or authorized dealers.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. This may include sending the product back to us or providing it to a manufacturer for repair.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Manufacturer Warranties

For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist customers in making claims under that warranty. However, customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly.
The specifics of the manufacturer’s warranty (including the period and what it covers) will be provided with the product and should be referred to for any claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

Circuit Solar shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of any product sold.
The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.
