Circuit Solar Return and Exchange Policy

At Circuit Solar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which products can be returned or exchanged. By purchasing from Circuit Solar, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- Solar Panels: Due to their custom nature and shipping considerations, solar panels are non-returnable.
- Orders Over $10,000: Returns or refunds are not accepted for orders exceeding $10,000 in value.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., batteries, adhesives).
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return

3.2 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
- Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment, as Circuit Solar is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3.3 Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Eligibility
Products can be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
4.2 Process
To request an exchange, contact our customer service team with your order details and the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges will follow the same process as returns.
5. Refunds
