Circuit Holdings and its affiliated brands, including but not limited to Circuit Solar, Circuit Sensors, Circuit Weather, and The Off-Grid Solar (each referred to as an “Entity”), strive to ensure a secure and seamless payment experience. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, terms, and conditions for purchasing products or services from any Entity under Circuit Holdings. By making a purchase, you agree to this Payment Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Circuit Holdings accepts the following payment methods across its Entities:
1.1 Credit and Debit Cards
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major card providers.
1.2 eTransfer (Canada)
Secure electronic transfers via Interac eTransfer for Canadian customers. Instructions will be provided upon checkout or order confirmation.
1.3 Affirm Pay Over Time
Flexible payment plans through Affirm, allowing you to spread your payments over a set period. Subject to credit approval by Affirm. A 10% convenience fee may be applied at checkout.
1.4 Bank Transfers (EFT/ACH)
EFT (Canada): Payments made directly to our Canadian bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer. Banking details will be provided upon request.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Full Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless prior written agreements are in place.
2.2 Purchase Orders and Net Terms
Customers may provide a Purchase Order (PO) number during the purchase process. This PO number will be attached to the order for reference but does not constitute a credit arrangement or deferred payment terms unless explicitly agreed upon.
3. Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
International orders may be subject to currency conversion rates and bank fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Taxes and Duties
Prices do not include applicable taxes, such as GST, HST, or local sales taxes.
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees associated with importing products, if applicable.
5. Security and Privacy
Circuit Holdings uses secure payment processing systems to protect your payment information. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment Issues
If there is an issue with your payment, such as a declined transaction or insufficient funds, Circuit Holdings will:
Notify you via email or phone.
Allow you to resolve the issue within [5] business days.
Reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is not completed within the specified timeframe.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
Customers must notify us of any disputed charges before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of future transactions with any Entity under Circuit Holdings.
8. Business and Wholesale Accounts
Business and wholesale customers may be eligible for customized payment terms, subject to approval.
Additional agreements may be required for bulk or recurring orders.
