Price Match Policy

Circuit Holdings and its affiliated brands, including but not limited to Circuit Solar, Circuit Sensors, Circuit Weather, and The Off-Grid Solar (each referred to as an “Entity”), are committed to offering competitive pricing. Our Price Match Policy ensures that customers receive the best value for their purchases. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a qualifying competitor, we will match that price, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

Identical Product: The product must be identical in brand, model, specifications, and condition (new and unopened).

Competitor: The lower price must be offered by an authorized retailer or distributor within Canada.

Publicly Advertised: The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable (e.g., on the competitor’s website or in a quote).

Minimum Price: The price of the product must be $150 or more (before taxes and shipping).

Timing: The request for a price match must be made at the time of purchase.

2. Exclusions

Price matches do not apply to:

Products listed on Amazon.

Clearance, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.

Bundles, custom quotes, or promotional offers such as “buy one, get one free.”

Prices based on membership programs, loyalty rewards, or exclusive offers.

Used, refurbished, or open-box products.

Prices that result from typographical errors or unauthorized sellers.

3. How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, you must provide proof of the lower price and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria:

At the Time of Purchase:

Provide a link to the competitor’s website or a copy of the printed advertisement.

4. Verification and Approval

Circuit Holdings will verify the lower price and ensure it meets all eligibility criteria. Price matches are approved at Circuit Holdings’ discretion. If approved:

The price difference will be refunded or adjusted for your purchase.

5. Price Match Limitations

Circuit Holdings reserves the right to limit price match requests to one per identical product per customer.

Price matches cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers from Circuit Holdings or its Entities.

Circuit Holdings does not price match products with a value under $150 (before taxes and shipping).

Circuit Holdings does not price match Amazon listings.
