Our 2K / 4MP Outdoor Waterproof Wi-Fi Camera is designed to capture images and transmit them directly to your Ambient Weather Network (AWN) dashboard, iOS, or Android app for social media posting or sharing. The camera does not have live stream or video capabilities. View your favorite weather images with weather data overlays and time-lapse video for the last 24 hours. This is not a standalone device and must be used with your KestrelMet 6000 Weather Station. Upgrade to a Silver or Gold Tier Enhanced Camera Subscription to access HD or Full HD time-lapse video with up to 60-day storage.

The Ambient Weather Network Wi-Fi Camera is an outdoor waterproof camera that captures detailed images of both current weather conditions as well as stunning time-lapse videos of the day’s events. This makes it perfect for those who want to document local weather conditions or simply enjoy taking beautiful photos of the sky.

The camera must be used with a KestrelMet Weather Station in order to connect to the Ambient Weather Network and utilize data overlay features. This is not a stand-alone device.

How to Upgrade Your Subscription

Once you set up and connect your new AWN Weather Camera to your account, you will need to follow the steps below to upgrade your camera subscription:

  1. Login on the desktop version by visiting https://ambientweather.net, select the AWN logo in the top left corner to open the menu bar.
  2. Choose the “Devices” tab on the menu.
  3. Scroll to the device card that has the camera you want to upgrade.
  4. Select “View Details” next to the camera, which will open a window where you will see an “Upgrade” button.
  5. Select “Upgrade,” and the subscription options will appear.
  6. Select “Upgrade” again under the tier you wish to upgrade to.
  7. You will be taken to a payment page, where you can enter your credit card information.
  8. Once payment has been confirmed, your camera will automatically upgrade to the new subscription level and be set to Auto-Renew. Also, depending on the color tier you choose and if your camera is public, the main map will now display either a silver or gold play icon.

How do I Manage my Subscription

To manage your subscription, click on your avatar image and scroll to the bottom of your account page. Locate the “Managed Subscriptions” section to view your active subscriptions and toggle on and off auto-renew.

Price Match Policy

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Minimum Price Threshold: Our commitment to providing you with the best value extends to items priced at $150 or more. We proudly offer a price match guarantee on these items, ensuring that if you discover the same product at a lower cost from one of our competitors, we will match that price.
  2. Identical Items: To qualify for a price match, the item must be an exact match in terms of brand, model, size, color, and quantity to the competitor’s offering. We strive to guarantee consistency and fairness in our price matching policy.
  3. Verification of Competitor’s Price: To initiate a price match, please provide evidence of the competitor’s lower price. This can be achieved through their current advertisement, online listing, or a written offer/quote. It is imperative that the documentation clearly displays the competitor’s information for transparency. Acceptable submissions include official quotes and URLs linking directly to the identical product on the competitor’s website. Note: Correspondence via email with a sales representative is not considered sufficient evidence for a price match.
  4. Competitor Eligibility: We extend our price match offer to recognized retail businesses within the same country, ensuring a fair and equitable comparison. This includes both brick-and-mortar stores and online-only retailers, provided they meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
  5. In-Stock Items Only: For a successful price match, the item must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s establishment at the time of the price match request. This ensures that you receive the best value promptly without unnecessary delays.

Exclusions:

  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, or damaged items are not eligible for the price match.
  • The policy does not apply to services or bundled items.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • We do not price match Amazon listings or prices.

Shipping Policy for Circuit Solar

Request Local Pickup: Circuit Solar is pleased to offer a local pickup service. However, please note that product availability may vary by location, and not all items may be available for pickup at every location.

Shipping Options: At Circuit Solar, we provide a range of shipping options to meet your needs. On occasion, third-party suppliers may manage our inventory and shipments. Regardless of the carrier selected at checkout, Circuit Solar and its partners reserve the right to choose the appropriate shipping courier. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, and we are not responsible for any delays that occur once an order has left our or our partners’ warehouses.

We frequently use carriers such as Fedex, UPS and other freight carriers of larger orders. Please be aware that items within the same order may be shipped separately, though shipping and handling fees will not exceed the amount confirmed at checkout.

Single Solar Module Shipping: For orders including solar panels, a minimum of four modules per order is required. Orders for fewer than four modules will be subject to our single module shipping conditions, and Circuit Solar will not be liable for any damages to panels during transit, unloading, or handling by any party. Replacement for such damages will not be provided.

Please note that once your order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We are unable to issue refunds for shipping delays, including those caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Once the order has been picked up by the carrier it is assumed out of our control. Circuit Solar is not responsible for actions made by the carrier that may cause delays. Return and Exchange Policy

Special Considerations

  • Solar Panels, Generators, and Other Specific Items: Sales of solar panels, generators, solar module racking, open box items, special orders, orders over $10,000, and oversized items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Large Orders: Orders exceeding $10,000 are subject to our final sale policy, with no returns or exchanges permitted.

Circuit Solar (“Company”) is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Our warranty policy is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring that the products you purchase are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Warranty Policy covers both our products and those manufactured by others (“Manufacturers”) sold through us.

1. Warranty Period

  • Company Products: The warranty period for products manufactured by Circuit Solar is 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Manufacturer Products: The warranty period for products manufactured by third parties but sold by Circuit Solar will be as specified by the manufacturer, which typically ranges from 12 to 36 months from the date of purchase.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
  • During the warranty period, Circuit Solar will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage attributable to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other causes beyond the control of Circuit Solar.
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Damage due to environmental or natural elements.
  • Products not purchased from Circuit Solar or authorized dealers.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

  • To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. This may include sending the product back to us or providing it to a manufacturer for repair.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Manufacturer Warranties

  • For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist customers in making claims under that warranty. However, customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly.
  • The specifics of the manufacturer’s warranty (including the period and what it covers) will be provided with the product and should be referred to for any claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Circuit Solar shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of any product sold.
  • The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.
