1. Eligibility for a Quote Request

Customers may request a quote under the following conditions:

  • The order includes bulk quantities of a product or multiple items.
  • The request is for business, government, or wholesale purchases.
  • A custom solution, project pricing, or specialized service is required.
  • The request is for a large-scale installation or an ongoing supply agreement.
  • The product or service requires custom specifications beyond standard offerings.

2. How to Submit a Quote Request

To request a quote, customers must provide the following details:

  • Contact Information: Name, company (if applicable), email, and phone number.
  • Product Details: SKU, model number, or description of the requested product(s).
  • Quantity: The number of units required.
  • Shipping Address: To calculate estimated shipping costs.

5. Payment Terms for Quotes

  • Approved quotes may require a deposit or full payment before order fulfillment.
  • Payment methods accepted for quoted orders include credit/debit cards, bank transfers (EFT/ACH), and eTransfer (Canada).
  • Any special payment terms must be approved in writing.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

7. Modifications and Cancellations
