Circuit Solar™ is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order shipments. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
Circuit Solar™ ships products based on its specific shipping policies:
- Circuit Solar™: Ships to Canada and the United States, unless otherwise specified.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and cleared.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries, including:
- Canada Post
- USPS
- Purolator
- FedEx
- UPS
- Loomis Express
- Canpar
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Bulk or oversized orders may incur additional charges. Customers will be notified of any extra fees before shipping.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of their order.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders outside Canada:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the shipment.
- Circuit Solar™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Circuit Solar™ does not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items due to carrier restrictions.
- Hazardous or restricted items may require special handling and may not be eligible for international shipping.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
8.1 Lost Shipments
- If your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@Circuit Solar™.com or call 1-877-352-5394.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.
8.2 Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with clear photographs.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.
Circuit Solar™ will assist with filing a claim and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8.3 Single Panel Policy
- Orders consisting of fewer than 4 solar panels (modules) are not covered under any shipping warranty.
- Circuit Solar™ assumes no responsibility for damage incurred during transit for such orders and is not required to provide replacements or refunds for damaged panels in these cases.
- Customers are encouraged to order panels in quantities of 4 or more to ensure safer handling and shipping practices. If you have specific concerns about smaller orders, please contact us prior to placing your order.
8.4 Extended Shipping Insurance – Terms & Conditions
All Circuit Solar™ shipments include standard shipping insurance through our partnered freight carriers (e.g., Day & Ross). This coverage requires that any damage or loss be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after that timeframe cannot be filed or supported under standard coverage.
Customers may optionally purchase Extended Shipping Insurance at checkout, which provides expanded protection and flexibility in the event of shipping-related issues.
What Extended Shipping Insurance Covers
Extended Shipping Insurance offers the following benefits:
- Extended reporting window: Claims may be submitted up to 10 days after delivery (instead of the standard 48 hours)
- Coverage for small panel shipments: Unlike standard insurance, this policy covers orders with fewer than 4 solar panels
- Priority claim handling and faster support response
- Supplemental compensation or replacement, even when a carrier denies coverage
- Expanded eligibility for damage, partial loss, or delay-related claims
What Extended Shipping Insurance Does Not Cover
This optional coverage does not apply to:
- Damage resulting from improper unloading, installation, or handling after delivery
- Shipments delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery
- Claims without sufficient photo documentation
- Issues unrelated to physical shipping damage or confirmed loss
Policy Notes
- Extended Shipping Insurance is non-refundable once the order has shipped
- This coverage applies only to the order on which it was purchased
- Circuit Solar™ reserves the right to approve or deny any claim based on available documentation and claim history

- Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
