Customer Pickup Policy

Effective Date: February 19, 2025

Circuit Holdings and its affiliated brands, including but not limited to Circuit Solar, Circuit Sensors, Circuit Weather, and The Off-Grid Solar (each referred to as an “Entity”), offer customer pickup options for select products and orders. This Customer Pickup Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order pickups. By selecting the customer pickup option, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Eligibility for Pickup

  • Customer pickup is available for select products and orders only.
  • Pickup orders must be arranged in advance and confirmed by Circuit Holdings.
  • All orders for pickup must be scheduled in advance and require 1 business day for processing after payment is received.
  • A valid photo ID and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) are required for all pickups.

2. Pickup Locations

Pickups are available at the following Circuit Holdings Partner Locations:

  • Vancouver, BC
  • Edmonton, AB
  • Calgary, AB
  • Stratford, ON
  • Dartmouth, NS

3. Pickup Hours

Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Some warehouse locations may have different operating hours. Customers will be informed of any variations specific to their pickup location at the time of order confirmation.

Pickup outside these hours is not permitted, unless prior arrangements are made and confirmed by Circuit Holdings.

4. Order Processing and Confirmation
4.1 Processing Time

Orders for pickup require 1 business day to process after payment is received.

Customers will receive an email or phone confirmation when their order is ready for pickup.

4.2 Order Scheduling

Pickup orders must be scheduled in advance.

Customers should confirm their preferred pickup date and time when placing their order or during communication with Circuit Holdings’ team.

4.3 Order Holding Time

Orders will be held for pickup for a maximum of 7 days after confirmation.

If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be canceled, and a restocking fee of 35% will apply.

5. Identification and Verification

The individual picking up the order must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) that matches the name on the order.

If someone else is picking up the order on behalf of the customer, prior authorization must be provided by the customer via email, including the name of the authorized person.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect their items at the time of pickup to ensure they meet their expectations.

By accepting the order at pickup, the customer acknowledges that the items are in satisfactory condition and no further claims for damages or defects will be accepted, unless the product is covered under warranty.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled prior to pickup by contacting Circuit Holdings.

Canceled pickup orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

8. Late or Missed Pickups

If a customer fails to pick up their order within the holding period, the order will be canceled, and a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Customers must contact Circuit Holdings in advance to request an extension, which may be granted at Circuit Holdings’ discretion.
