Exceptions

• Order Cancellation: Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Please contact us directly for assistance.

Special Considerations

• Solar Panels, Generators, and Other Specific Items: Sales of solar panels, generators, solar module racking, open box items, special orders, orders over $10,000, and oversized items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Large Orders: Orders exceeding $10,000 are subject to our final sale policy, with no returns or exchanges permitted.
