Return Policy

Circuit Solar™ strives to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns. By initiating a return, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- A restocking fee of 35% will apply to all returns, regardless of the reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Solar Panels: Due to their custom nature and shipping considerations, solar panels are non-returnable.
- Batteries: All battery sales are final and non-returnable.
- Orders Over $10,000: Returns or refunds are not accepted for orders exceeding $10,000 in value.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., batteries, adhesives).
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the respective site where you purchased your products from:

Provide the following details:
- Your order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
3.2 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
- Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment, as Circuit Solar™ is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3.3 Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Eligibility
- Products can be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
4.2 Process
- To request an exchange, contact our customer service team with your order details and the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges will follow the same process as returns.
5. Refunds
5.1 Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
5.2 Deductions
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
- If a product shows signs of use or is missing components, a restocking fee of 35% may apply.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
6.1 Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos of the product and packaging.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.
6.2 Defective Products
- If your product is defective, contact us to arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.
- Circuit Solar™ will cover return shipping costs for defective items.
7. Warranty Claims
- Some products may be covered under manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, refer to the warranty information provided with the product or contact our customer service team for assistance.
8. International Returns
- For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with returning the product to Circuit Solar™.
