The APsystems 408006 Single-Core Transmitter-PLC is a rapid shutdown (RSD) initiator for utility-scale and commercial PV systems, delivered with its power supply. It handles up to 1500 VDC and 160 A of PV input through a single core, supporting up to 30 modules per string and as many as 15 strings per core. Using PLC communication with SunSpec signaling, it meets NEC 2017, 2020 and 2023 (690.12) for code-compliant module-level shutdown.
